This notice describes the information used to operate Reporter Sidekick and Reporter Sidekick Pro.

Account and access information

Reporter Sidekick Pro uses an authentication provider to manage login, email verification, and access tokens. The service uses the verified email address to determine whether the user has an active Reporter Sidekick Pro entitlement.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Stripe. Reporter Sidekick receives transaction identifiers, purchase status, and the customer email needed to grant or revoke access. Reporter Sidekick does not store complete payment-card details.

Transcript and job files

The Reporter Sidekick Pro hosted access service is designed to deliver protected workflow instructions and verify access; it is not designed to receive or store customer transcripts, exhibits, audio, dictionaries, or other job files. Customers use their ChatGPT account in the Codex desktop app and choose the local folder it may access. Model processing is governed by the customer’s OpenAI plan, settings, and applicable OpenAI terms.

Technical information

Hosting, authentication, and security providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, request logs, and security events to operate and protect their services.

Retention and disclosure

Account and entitlement records are retained while needed to provide access, handle refunds or disputes, maintain security, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Information may be shared with service providers that operate authentication, hosting, payment, and email functions, or when disclosure is required by law.
