╎ Select components until you approve of the description in the preview box. ╎ You can search for components or scroll down. ╎ Whether you use a comma or semicolon in your email descriptions, your punctuation choice is at the beginning of the component. ╎ If you are finished without using all seven components, leave them untouched. ╎ Check the preview box, then move to Question 4, email threads.

╎ Repeat the same exercise you did for emails. ╎ Adjust to represent a thread instead of a single email. ╎ If you use a date span (for the first email in thread, ending with the email on the first page), select "date of first email"/"date of last email" as your selection. ╎ Check the preview box, then you're ready to move on.

Keep a copy of your profile to reuse in other job folders. The file contains your preferences; Pro instructions stay separate. Downloading it does not install or activate Pro.
