┃Sidekick Profile saves your formatting preferences in a file you can use with Reporter Sidekick Pro.
┃There are four questions with dropdowns and a preview box at the bottom.
┃Other exhibit/document types are already built in, and adjustments can easily be made after installation.
┃Anyone can explore this page. An authorized RS- code permits one profile download. For another download, request a new code through support.
┃Pro runs in Codex with a folder on your computer. You need an eligible OpenAI account and the Pro plugin.
┃For each of the question types below, there are dropdowns you'll select to create an example of how you format it.
┃The example will populate the preview box.
┃When the previews match your preferences, download reporter-profile.json.

╎ Select components until you approve of the description in the preview box. ╎ You can search for components or scroll down. ╎ Whether you use a comma or semicolon in your email descriptions, your punctuation choice is at the beginning of the component. ╎ If you are finished without using all seven components, leave them untouched. ╎ Check the preview box, then move to Question 4, email threads.
Build your description for a single email.
Example: Email from Jake to Samantha... dated 4/1/25, Subject "Re: Birthday"...
╎ Repeat the same exercise you did for emails. ╎ Adjust to represent a thread instead of a single email. ╎ If you use a date span (for the first email in thread, ending with the email on the first page), select "date of first email"/"date of last email" as your selection. ╎ Check the preview box, then you're ready to move on.

This download currently saves exhibit preferences. Save your Appearance Pages style code separately; it is not yet included in the profile file. Keep a copy of your profile to reuse in other job folders. Pro instructions stay separate. Downloading this file does not install or activate Pro.
